The global wellbeing strategy at Johnson Matthey focuses on four pillars. Ian Marshall, EMEA head of reward and benefits at the global science and chemicals company, highlights the importance of bringing a strategy together so that, as a company, it can focus on wellbeing in a holistic manner.  

Introducing a global wellbeing strategy is challenging because different countries are at different stages in their evolution in terms of the concept of wellbeing.

However, as Marshall explains: “The topic of wellbeing resonates across all countries and cultures, but how we deploy our wellbeing strategy may vary slightly by country.”
