Howden Employee Benefits report: The Emerging Multinational Benefits Guide

This report finds that small and agile firms are expanding globally thanks to the digital and technology boom.

Most of these businesses are in the digital and technology sector, professional and business services and creative industries.

But there are challenges in SMEs managing global workforces, including managing complex legal and regulatory obligations, and establishing a competitive employee benefits package, which can be vital in building culture and attracting and retaining talent in a competitive marketplace.

Startups risk either overpaying for fragmented, expensive local insurance plans or losing critical talent entirely due to weak, non-compliant benefit structures.
