Hymans Robertson report: The growing weight of financial stress on employees
It finds that many employees are dealing with sustained financial strain and don’t feel prepared for the future. This makes the workforce vulnerable to stress, disengagement and absence.
The combination of high stress, low resilience, and limited emergency cover means many employees are operating with very little margin. This affects how they work, how engaged they feel, and whether they stay.
