This 45 minute video from REBA’s Wellbeing Congress 2024 shows the official launch of REBA's 2024 Employee Wellbeing research, in partnership with AXA Health.
Eugene Farrell, mental health lead, AXA Health and Ashleigh Tonks, employee wellbeing manager, AXA UK used the research to show the impact of employee health on HR and business strategy.
They discussed:
- The shift of responsibility for health from the State, and what that means for employers and employees
- How leadership fosters a culture of kindness and embeds healthcare responsibility across the workforce
- Building line manager and wellbeing advocate capability and leveraging Employee Resource Groups to engage different cohorts
