Companies in Europe will face five particularly critical HR challenges in the near future: managing talent, managing demographics, becoming a learning organisation, managing work-life balance, and managing change and cultural transformation.

In feedback gleaned from the survey and the follow-up interviews, we identified several possible actions for enhancing each of these capabilities.
