Research: 'The Meaning of Work' report 2019
It finds a whopping 74%) of Britons claim they could do their job to the same standard in four days as they do in five. Meanwhile, 56% back full pay transparency.
The study also reveals:
- While salary (57%) is the most important element to people, work/life balance (55%) is almost equally significant
- A third of UK workers (31%) are dissatisfied with their current level of pay and over half (52%) say they would consider leaving their current role if their pay didn’t increase in the next 1-2 years
