Survey: EMEA Health Survey

This Aon survey aims to identify health trends within EMEA, and highlight where practices differ across countries, regions and the EMEA.

EMEA health survey 1

Key findings:

  • The top three organisational health and wellbeing issues were: stress and mental health, employees' physical health and unhealthy employee lifestyle.
  • 93% of EMEA employers see a correlation between health and employee performance.
  • 40% had a defined health strategy and 21% of those without one plan to define a strategy within the next two years.
  • Just 13% measure the outcomes of their investment in employee health programmes.

The survey breaks its findings down by country and covers three main topics: shaping health strategies, current employee health programmes and funding and measuring return on investment of employee health programmes.
