Video: How data and technology will play a key role in 2017

2016 will be a year remembered for politics not pensions and I believe 2017 will be the year where personalisation and digitalisation should start to radically change the way pensions and benefits are delivered, according to Mark Rowlands, head of DC & financial wellness services at Mercer.

In this video Rowlands talks about the things he thinks we’ll be seeing a lot more of this year, such as how data and technology will play a key role in how we start to look at pensions and benefits as a combined whole.

He also takes a look at the challenges and opportunities that 2017 may present and comments on regulatory change.
