Video tutorial: Hybrid working – exploring the psychological shift in organisational culture

Maria James, culture, engagement, wellbeing & EVP lead at Skipton Building Society and Tejal Sanghrajka, global lead - wellbeing strategy at Standard Chartered Bank, join Dr Nick Taylor, co-founder & CEO at Unmind, to discuss the impact of hybrid working on employee and organisational culture.

Together they outline the importance of inclusion and diversity in the context of hybrid working, and the need to understand the different challenges that the changes to working patterns bring.

“When we rolled out hybrid working we knew that just putting a process in place was not going to keep people in the organisation – it’s a great way of attracting people but retaining them is really key as well,” comments Sanghrajka.

She goes on to explain that they set up a culture stream so they could understand the emerging challenges from hybrid working and work with their employees to find solutions to any issues.
