The Trust has implemented income streaming to allow employees access to their pay as and when they need it, after calls from staff for greater pay frequency. Ellis said that the income streaming allowed this access without additional workload on payroll staff.
"This offered an option to give staff more frequent pay, which was being asked for, and opened it up to everyone as an optional benefit, it provides a level of pay flexibility to our employees," he added.
