Tips and advice on how to cope with stress as lockdown eases

We are living in a very uncertain climate, where the easing of the coronavirus restrictions – and indeed the more localised lockdowns and restrictions – is contributing to employees’ stress levels.

To help employees manage their stress, Health Shield’s Amber Furr interviewed health coach Suzy Glaskie about tips and techniques to pass on to employees to help them cope during this turbulent time.
