The reward and benefits business case for gender health support 2022

Private breakfast event looking at how employers are using gender health support to address productivity, absenteeism, engagement and retention.

Now in its 3rd year, this private breakfast event brings together around 50 reward & benefits directors from many different sectors. Delegates can expect high-level talks and facilitated discussions around the reward and benefits business case for gender health support.

Drawing on data and insights, the event will look at how employers are using gender health support to address productivity, absenteeism, engagement and retention.

Attendees will gain greater awareness and understanding of how key life-stage events associated with gender-specific health issues can have significant career-limiting and financial implications for employees. Through listening and sharing, attendees will ensure they are up-to-date on the types of wellbeing benefits and insurances that are available to support employees of all genders going through these life stages, as well as how the right reward and wellbeing support will mitigate future talent and diversity challenges.

This invitation-only event, chaired by REBA co-founder and director, Debi O’Donovan, will feature a keynote talk, an employer case study and a panel debate with senior reward and benefits professionals, along with dedicated time for knowledge and insight sharing through discussion groups.

The key aim is to provide a unique networking and stimulating information-sharing opportunity for senior reward, benefits and wellbeing leaders.
