Menopause champions leading the way in women’s health in the workplace

Ten years ago, menopause was barely spoken about behind closed doors, let alone in the workplace. In this video, we celebrate the organisations who are leading the charge in engaging employees with women’s health issues by offering expert-led, accessible menopause support to their colleagues.

These individuals have made this change happen and led their organisations to become industry-leaders:

  • Theresa Winters, culture & employee value proposition lead at Santander UK
  • Debbie Bullock, wellbeing lead at Aviva
  • Becci Bryant, chief fire officer, and Rob Barber, deputy chief fire office, at Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

Listen to Theresa, Debbie, Becci and Rob as they discuss why menopause support has become a priority people goal, how they are supporting their workforce, and how they hope menopause support will be different in the future.
