  • Just over half of companies say they take a proactive approach to workplace health and wellbeing, with a focus on spotting early signs of stress now common.
  • Firms which are ahead of the curve on workplace health and wellbeing are starting to place technology at the heart of their health and wellbeing strategies.
  • Building a culture in which staff's health and wellbeing is prioritised is likely to be more effective when engaged with at every level of the business.

It recommends how businesses can implement an effective approach to health and wellbeing based on existing good practice through three main steps: involving senior leaders; targeting early interventions; and creating a positive culture that reinforces health and wellbeing.
