Video: how to set yourself up for a quality night’s sleep

To help employees get the best night’s sleep possible, Health Shield’s Amber Furr interviewed health coach Suzy Glaskie to get some tips to pass on to employees to help them benefit from some quality rest.

The importance of getting a good night’s sleep will be covered at the Employee Wellbeing Congress on 9 September at 10:40 in the session: Ready, set, sleep! Using data to unlock better employee wellbeing and performance.

As Glaskie notes, “I’m very mindful of the fundamental effects of sleep on every aspect of our wellbeing.”
