Colt Technology took a step back in its planning for a global recognition scheme to consider the goals it wanted to achieve.
"We worked out three key goals for us we wanted to develop a framework linked to behaviours; we wanted to create an engaging platform that you didn’t need to train people on it had to be intuitively navigated; the last point was to collect all the practices from the countries we operate in and get them in a one-stop-shop, completely electronic," said Masha Boldyreva.
