Webinar: Mapping out a corporate wellbeing journey

Creating a wellbeing framework that allows employees to navigate to the right wellbeing benefits and services at the right time is an ongoing challenge for many employers. In our latest webinar, our panellists rethink how employers can approach employee wellbeing journeys so they have more impact on workplace health, wellbeing and productivity.

Developing a frictionless, without gaps, wellbeing journey is possible, but takes planning, an understanding of the data, use of stress tests and risk profiles to understand the challenges that need to be met.

This webinar covered key issues including the ownership of corporate wellbeing, the need to connect wellbeing products and services, how to ditch wellbeing jargon and map the employee experience. They also considered what a wellbeing journey should look like – from prevention to treatment.

Chaired by REBA's director and co-founder, Debi O'Donovan, the panel included:

  • Richard Hortop, vice president international total rewards at Comcast (Comcast Cable, NBCUniversal, and Sky)
