wellhub report: The Return on Wellbeing Study: CEO Edition
It finds that leaders are increasing investment in wellness and seeing real returns, but a gap remains between how they view the wellbeing of their workforce and what employees actually feel.
More than 80% report positive returns from their wellness programmes and one in three say that return tops 100%. I addition, 97% say wellness boosts productivity, 67% see less absenteeism, and 73% report stronger retention.
