Aleksandra Arhipova, regional sales manager northern, Beqom, considers how the evolving workforce is driving the demand for pay transparency, and looks at what challenges reward professionals face as a result.

The changing face of work with increased pay transparency and the ease at which employees can use technology to find other job opportunities means there is a growing need for thoughtful reward structures, according to Aleksandra Arhipova, speaking at REBA's Innovation Day 2019. 

She adds that this requires organisations to implement more efficient technology and data streams.

"The pay-off for businesses that implement more efficient processes and technology solutions are benefits beyond HR, such as increased revenue and better company reputation," she says.
