Private event - Matching your reward and benefits experience to support your overall employee experience

Private breakfast event looking at aligning reward strategies and benefits offerings to create a desired culture and employee experience.

Over the past four years, REBA private breakfast events have gone from strength to strength. They offer the unique opportunity for top reward & benefits directors across many different sectors to come together and take part in facilitated high-level discussions around key business themes.

Private Breakfast - Matching your reward and benefits experience to support your overall employee experience

At our next private Chatham-style breakfast discussion, REBA will bring together senior reward and benefits directors to share how they align their reward strategies and benefits offerings to create and/or their desired culture and employee experience. This shift of emphasis acknowledges the impact of the work experience on morale and productivity, as well as decisions to leave a role or accept a new job. Employee experience can vary hugely between organisations and is unique to each employer, from levels of stress, innovation and productivity, through to interaction with technology, Net Zero focus and leadership style.

Taking place at the Beaumont Hotel, London on 25th May 2023 9:30-11:30am.

We will debate and discuss new ideas on
  • How and why is the employee experience of work evolving: what is driving change and can employers keep on the front foot?
  • In which ways are employers aiming to influence workforce experience (for example: innovative, entrepreneurial, digital first, caring and supportive or environmentally-focussed)?
  • How can employers measure the value equation of elevating the employee experience? How does experience drive HR and business objectives?
  • What are the barriers and friction points to achieving the desired employee experience? What role does reward and benefits play?
  • What are success stories of achieving the desired employee experience? What role does reward and benefits play?
  • What are emerging reward and benefits ideas that will support the future employee experience?

This invitation-only event, chaired by REBA co-founder and director, Debi O’Donovan, is the third of REBA's 2023 schedule. Our private events offer dedicated time for knowledge and insight sharing through the discussion group, as well as a great place to network within your association.

The key aim is to provide a unique networking and stimulating information-sharing opportunity for senior reward, benefits and wellbeing leaders.

A fabulous opportunity to exchange knowledge with high-calibre Reward Directors and gain valuable, topical insights and understanding from others.
