Tackling the cost and complexity of delivering whole of workforce health benefits

This workshop will explore how employers can redesign health benefits to simplify access, improve health outcomes, manage costs and reduce people risk through leveraging new health services, digital tools, and alternative financing options.

Employee healthcare benefits are evolving beyond traditional insurance models, with a growing focus on prevention, early intervention, and inclusive access for the entire workforce.

 

Key discussion points will include:

  • The new healthcare landscape and the role employers can play in simplifying and shifting employee healthcare journeys for better outcomes.
  • What are the key barriers you face in providing whole of workplace health? Addressing cost and complexity challenges and improving access at all points in the employee health journey from prevention, to diagnosis and treatment.
  • How workplace health benefits need to evolve around structure, financing and forecasting of health outcome trends to address key business risks (eg. reduce absenteeism, improve productivity and address future talent needs)
