Private event - The role of reward and benefits in retrain to retain

Preparing for the cultural shift as we move into Generation-AI

The role of reward and benefits in retrain to retain: preparing for the cultural shift as we move into Generation-AI

At this private, Chatham house-style breakfast discussion REBA will bring together senior Reward and Benefits directors to share how evolving recruitment and retention pressure points are changing the ways they are using wellbeing, recognition, reward and benefits. In particular, how they are preparing for the AI revolution and changes in the future working practices of reward and benefits team.

Driven by changing expectations of work, the rise of artificial intelligence and the need to sustain engaged workforces, what solutions and tools can be used to support the cultural shift that organisations are facing?

As employers increasingly focus on retaining talent and motivating employees to upskill, reskill or redeploy skills, we ask what this means for reward and benefits practices.

We will debate and discuss new ideas on

  • Generation-AI: what is this really and is it here yet?
  • How are expectations shifting among groups of employees, and what does this mean for the reward and benefits team?
  • What are the cultural shifts being experienced within organisations?
  • How reward and benefits teams are starting to prepare for more data-driven, AI-generated and digital working practices?
  • Ways to use social, emotional and mental wellbeing practices to engage and sustain workforces.
  • Is retention and skills now more important than recruitment and attraction?
  • Using immediate and incremental reward practices to drive new behaviours and support skills shifts.
