REBA's first ever conference, the REBA Founder's Day, took place on 7 July 2015.
It was attended by 60 leading reward practitioners who are part of REBA's founding members group.
The day consisted of short, snappy talks from leading experts and networking roundtables for members.
Feedback on the day was extremely positive, while many ideas for the future of REBA were put forward.
