Cutting through the AI hype: Using data and AI to drive down costs and improve health outcomes

AI has the potential to radically transform how organisations manage workplace health—but cutting through the noise to understand what’s practical, possible, and valuable is critical.

This workshop brings together senior reward and benefits leaders to explore where organisations are at on the data and AI journey and where they need to get to move the dial and help reduce healthcare costs, optimise benefits design and create better health outcomes for employees. Whether you're already using AI or still exploring its potential, this workshop will help you map a clearer path forward.

Key discussion points will include:

  • Do you have a clear understanding of what AI can - and can’t - do when it comes to workplace health and cost control?
  • How are you currently using data to manage the rising costs of employee healthcare and where are the gaps?
  • What’s the role of AI in simplifying complex healthcare data and identifying actionable trends or risk indicators?
  • What are the practical opportunities, risks, and barriers to implementing AI-driven strategies in your organisation?

This workshop is exclusively designed for senior reward and benefit professionals in small (minimum 500 employees) and medium organisations primarily based in the UK with an existing Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Health Insurance, or Private Healthcare Insurance plans.
