Employee benefits supporting physical wellbeing are undergoing something of a revolution. Driven by new technologies and the ability to source data, as well as changing demographics and the emphasis on inclusion, mean that both suppliers and leading employers are reshaping what is on offer.

How and why these shifts are taking place will be covered at the REBA Future Forum on 24 November in London.

In particular, these four sessions will focus on physical wellbeing:

  • The team from TicTrac will look at how digital technology is reshaping the future of employee health, with a particular focus on delivering digital cognitive behavioural therapy to employees.
  • Lime will present on democratising workplace health and wellbeing; looking at how to design and plan for whole-of-workforce-access to cancer support.
  • Tackling the causes of the lag between workforce transformation and conventional ways of working, YuLife will also cover ways in which group insurance offerings can inadvertently undermine ESG, DEI and fairness objectives.
  • Focusing on the growing interest in health support for all genders, Peppy will be joined by client Capgemini to explain how it is strengthening its employer brand through inclusive healthcare and benefits.

These in-person sessions form part of a full day, two keynote, 18 breakout presentation and a senior reward and benefits director roundtable discussion session, all focused on exploring how reward and benefits are changing in the face of the cost-of-living crisis, the increased focus on sustainability and ongoing business change and transformation in an agile, digital world.
