London Gatwick, a major UK transportation hub with more than 2,500 employees, has long recognised the importance of aligning employee benefits with modern expectations. 

The UK has a legal commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 100% by 2050 as part of its zero targets. By 2030, a target of 68% reduction in emissions needs to be reached.

The business has offset more than 150 tonnes of carbon since launching the benefit.
