Marsh report: People Risk 2026
The 25 risks fall within five categories or pillars: technological change and disruption; talent, leadership and workforce practices; protection, environment and sustainability; governance, compliance and financial; and health, wellbeing and safety.
It finds that HR and risk leaders are aligned for 8 out of the top ten risks, and highlights the importance of the ability to connect risks across the organisation, anticipate how they may interact and escalate, and make confident decisions despite incomplete information.
