Sian Evans and Camilla Brooke of Simplyhealth on actioning organisational purpose

Siân Evans head of leadership and development and Camilla Brooke, head of corporate & consumer sales at Simplyhealth talked during their session at REBA's Employee Wellbeing Congress about the systemic approach taken by Simplyhealth to inspire and engage colleagues to get behind its organisational purpose.
