The listing is created according to how employees themselves regard their organisations against a number of key criteria, including culture, engagement wellbeing initiatives and ‘fair deal’ – the extent to which staff are happy with their pay and benefits.
The results of this, its 19th annual survey show that Admiral Group moved up two places from last year, to top the large business rankings overall, while Brightstar Financial was a new entrant, landing straight in at the number one spot immediately in the SME category.
