Damian Stancombe, head of workplace health and wealth breaks this down. "You use analytics," he says. "It just helps to visualise the issues and concerns. You may have been aware of them. But you have that visualisation. You now know what you need to work on. So A and C. Now you know you're able to actually focus your consultancy, directly on solving those issues and concerns.’’ Stancombe says.
Stancombe explains that Barnett Waddingham in an independent firm so there is no product.
"’We are totally independent within Barnett Waddingham so we don't have a product. What we're actually working with you around is the best solution for the issues that we've identified.’’
Stancombe asks: "What were the problems you identified to begin with? What was the satisfactory outcome? Assess where success has been gained. Why was it successful? If it hasn't, we replay it until you actually that get success.’’
