This survey of 1,515 HR professionals around the world assesses the motivations of HR leaders for investing and engaging in corporate wellness programmes. 

It finds that retention is the top priority for 2026, cited by 88% of organisations. Just 7% of organisations say AI has been fully scaled across their workforce, yet performance expectations are already rising. 

Top performers in organisations place higher importance on wellbeing. And work-life wellness now edges out pay as the top motivator for choosing an employer.
