Epson, Molson Coors and Travis Perkins among those shortlisted for REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Awards


Delivering employee wellbeing isn’t just about benefits and policies, often it is about leveraging data and technology to ensure that innovative ideas make the greatest impact. This week we focus on the 2020 Employee Wellbeing Awards finalists in the Best use of Technology and Data for Wellbeing category and the Best Innovation in Wellbeing Award.

Epson, Molson Coors and Travis Perkins among those shortlisted for REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Awards

The Best use of Technology and Data for Wellbeing award recognises how employers are using technology and data to deliver better, more transparent and data-rich employee health and wellbeing strategies. That could include driving new ways of communicating and engaging, better understanding employee behaviours or tracking how benefits are being used to drive future funding. 

The finalists are:

  • Romero Insurance Brokers Ltd
  • The Coca-Cola Company
  • Travis Perkins plc
  • Vodafone Ireland Ltd.

The winner(s) of the Best Innovation in Wellbeing Award will be able to demonstrate how they have successfully implemented inspirational fresh thinking, new, creative ideas, imaginative tactics or strategies that will inspire the wider employee health and wellbeing community.

  • Fladgate
  • GAM Investments
  • Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK & Ireland) Ltd
  • MRL Consulting
  • NAVIGO Health and Social Care CIC

REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Awards 2020 will take place on 5 March. The invitation-only event will include an exclusive afternoon of peer-to-peer workshops and an evening awards ceremony where all the winners will be announced.
