SURVEY: What's your view on the pension changes a year on?

The pension freedoms changed the face of retirement income options for members of defined contribution (DC) schemes.

Now that it’s been over a year since the changes came into force, we ask - how far have employers come with adapting to this? What are they doing to support employees through this process? And what effect does this have on employee decision making?

We are therefore conducting a piece of research in association with the University of Lincoln and the Pensions Management Institute to see what's changed in the workplace.

To take part in our survey, please click the link here.

We hope you can take a few minutes to complete the survey. It is split into three key sections and should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Please note that this survey is only relevant for employers who offer defined contribution (also known as money purchase) schemes. All of your answers and personal information will be kept anonymous and will be used for research purposes only.

We appreciate your willingness to participate and value your feedback, and we will forward to you a complimentary copy of the report following our findings.

If you would like further information on any of the topics, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0800 234 6880, email or visit us here.
