Private event - How new generation recognition strategies can support pay reviews, DEI and business transformation

Private breakfast event looking at how new generation recognition strategies can support pay reviews, DEI and business transformation.

Over the past four years, REBA private breakfast events have gone from strength to strength. They offer the unique opportunity for top reward & benefits directors across many different sectors to come together and take part in facilitated high-level discussions around key business themes.

Private Breakfast - How new generation recognition strategies can support pay reviews, DEI and business transformation

Traditional reward practices such as annual performance and pay reviews can undermine the more agile and creative working practices needed in today’s diverse workforces. Ongoing trend surveys show that recognition strategies are being increasingly used to support reward practices. At this private, Chatham house-style breakfast discussion REBA will bring together senior reward and benefits directors to share how they are using recognition systems to help support and solve key business issues including: pay and reviews, DEI and business transformation.

Taking place at the Sandra Blow Room, Soho Hotel, London on 7th September 2023 9:30-11:30am.

We will debate and discuss new ideas on
  • Assessing real-time performance and gathering behavioural information from the crowd (peers and colleagues as well as managers) to inform agile pay and reviews.
  • Using recognition to support DEI in your organisation
  • Understanding how unconscious bias in management and pay decisions can be addressed using recognition
  • Identifying unengaged and/or marginalised groups and DEI pay gaps with recognition data
  • The power of internal social connectivity and employee performance within an organisation.
  • Using recognition strategies to support change and transformation within an organisation

This invitation-only event, chaired by REBA co-founder and director, Phil Hayne alongside REBA new Head of Research Aidan Lever. Our private events offer dedicated time for knowledge and insight sharing through the discussion group, as well as a great place to network within your association.

The key aim is to provide a unique networking and stimulating information-sharing opportunity for senior reward, benefits and wellbeing leaders.

A fabulous opportunity to exchange knowledge with high-calibre Reward Directors and gain valuable, topical insights and understanding from others.
