Announcing exciting new venue & key features for November 2024

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new venue for REBA Future Forum 2024! After eight years of growth and success, we’re taking the event to the next level. We’ve partnered with etc/Convene to host the forum at their stunning new venue, 'Sancroft' in Paternoster Square by St. Paul’s in London. This spacious, beautifully designed venue is the best conference space in the City of London, offering top-notch comfort and all-day catering for participants. Attendees can look forward to innovation demonstrations, influential keynote speakers, a wide range of speaker sessions, employer-only discussion groups, deep-dive masterclasses, and a curated group of top suppliers. We’re creating an unmatched, in-person experience where leaders in rewards and benefits can gather to plan for the future.

Our aim is to build on the Forum’s reputation as a high level strategic planning event, enhance the delegate experience and deliver what senior conference goers want from a business event. We’ll maintain our focus on outstanding speaker content for exceptional learning, enhanced networking and knowledge exchange opportunities, and a curated exhibition of top vendors offering innovative solutions for future challenges.

The workplace is in a state of flux. Where, how and when people work has changed and continues to evolve. As a result, the employer-employee relationship is shifting. Where does employer responsibility end and employee responsibility start? How far should employers step in to support employees? As organisations and their workforces establish a new understanding, which employee benefits and rewards will be most effective and sustainable in supporting and motivating employees today and tomorrow?

This year’s REBA Future Forum, taking place in London on Thursday 21 November, examines the most pressing issues and emerging trends that will shape the new workplace relationship, and define reward and employee benefits needs in 2024 and beyond. Topics to be explored include:

  • Balancing fair financial remuneration with creating a positive, supportive environment employees want to work in
  • Building greater financial awareness and resilience allowing employees to better navigate ongoing economic challenges
  • Re-evaluating the benefits package, including enhanced flexibility and personalisation to meet the needs of the entire workforce
  • Planning for an ageing workforce and adapting support for different life stages
  • Developing sustainable and effective support for employees’ mental and physical wellbeing that will have a lasting impact
  • Shifting the focus from treatment to prevention, enabling employees to take the initiative
  • Using technology and data in an intelligent way to improve reward and benefit provision and effectiveness
  • Understanding how culture, management and leadership are integral to the success of reward and benefit strategies
  • Implementing support for the ever-growing number of carers in the workplace

The event is a must for any senior reward and benefits professionals seeking to create robust, forward-looking strategies to underpin thriving organisations. Filled with insightful speaker sessions, lively debates and candid discussion groups, it is the perfect forum to assess the future landscape and understand what it means for your business and employees.

An essential part of the day is getting to speak to the people in the know. Explore the comprehensive exhibition filled with established market leaders and exciting innovators. Connect with peers with both UK and global responsibilities to discover their approach and learn from their experiences.

Whether grappling with keeping costs under control, retaining and attracting appropriate talent, motivating employees to achieve greater productivity or one of the many other challenges fast approaching, the REBA Future Forum will provide plenty of inspiration to tackle them head on.

Being part of the REBA community has truly been a game-changer, allowing me to tap into diverse perspectives spanning the entire benefits market and glean insights from a myriad of industries.
