In this webinar, panellists will discuss their experiences of attracting and retaining specific neurotalent in specialist skilled jobs through to supporting all employees so they can work most effectively.
The panel will also look at how to understand the different neurodiversity labels, create an inclusive cultures as well as implement practical adjustments to optimise the experiences of all employees.

In her personal time, Nicola is a passionate campaigner for neurodiversity, and was able to combine both her personal passion and career choice in 2018 to launch and lead the UK Neurodiversity Network at Siemens.

Jan is Category Lead within Wellbeing at AXA Health, following a 10 year period as Head of Clinical Operations for Occupational Health, Musculoskeletal Health and Psychological Health services. In her role, she oversees and develops health and wellbeing propositions for AXA Health clients, staying close to the evolving needs of employers and employees. Jan is a Chartered Physiotherapist and a Registered Ergonomist. She has worked in Occupational Health for over 20 years and serves on the Faculty of Occupational Medicine’s Ethics Committee.
