Webinar recording: Supporting the rising focus on neurodiversity

In this webinar, the panellists discuss their experiences of attracting and retaining specific neurotalent in specialist skilled jobs through to supporting all employees so they can work most effectively.

The panel, featuring experts from Amazon, AXA Health, and Comcast look at how to understand the different neurodiversity labels, create an inclusive culture as well as implement practical adjustments to optimise the experiences of all employees.

The panel explores key areas including: the benefits of inclusive culture around neurodiversity; how can employers better support neurodifference; understanding and supporting mental wellbeing and it’s co-presence with neurodifference; ways to educate and support managers, co-workers and team; practical actions employers can take, including reasonable adjustments.
