There have been huge transformations in how, where and when people work due to shifts brought on by technology, new working patterns, customer demand and the need to recruit in wider geographical areas. While these changes have been underway for some time, corporate cultures have not always adapted as quickly.
In this webinar, panellists will discuss the challenges around culture, from the pros and cons of sub communities and fragmentation of working relationships; avoiding proximity bias and having only some people ‘in the know’; through to integrating new starters into a culture where remote and hybrid working is common.
The panel will look at their experiences of how to use intentional cultural building and drilling down into employee experience to create communities that live the organisation’s values, vision and purpose.

Pam’s current role is leading Culture and Transformation across Northern Europe for Atos, where she is accountable for employee experience, wellbeing, DEI, people insight and people transformation. Pam is business Chair of the Tech UK Skills and Diversity Council and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Pam is passionate about continuous learning and people behaviour. She is currently undertaking an MSc in Business Psychology.
