Webinar recording: Using employee experience to build great cultures

There have been huge transformations in how, where and when people work. In this webinar we explore how corporate culture is adapting

In this webinar, panellists the discuss the challenges around culture, from the pros and cons of sub communities and fragmentation of working relationships; avoiding proximity bias and having only some people ‘in the know’; through to integrating new starters into a culture where remote and hybrid working is common.

The panel will look at their experiences of how to use intentional cultural building and drilling down into employee experience to create communities that live the organisation’s values, vision and purpose.

The key issues to be explored included: ways in which workplace cultures are shifting and the drivers and the risks of not proactively adapting as businesses evolve; how to build communities and use recognition strategies to increase employee engagement; how employee experiences can increase inclusivity, embed new starters more fully and avoid fragmentation; practical ideas to evolve recognition programmes to action intentional culture-building.

Chaired by REBA’s director Debi O’Donovan, the panel included:

  • Sally Camm, head of HR transformation & engagement UK&I at Experian
  • Pamela Daley, head of culture & transformation, Northern Europe at Atos
  • Andreea Dinu, culture and engagement strategist at O.C. Tanner
