Everywhen report: Employer perspectives on workforce health and benefits (part 4)

Part four of Everywhen’s employer perspectives on workforce health and benefits report explores how employers help employees understand, access and maximise their workplace benefits.

The Helping employees get more from their benefits report shows that while HR confidence and feedback mechanisms are high, opportunities remain to streamline digital access and establish proactive, structured communication strategies to drive engagement.

It examines the role of benefits platforms, reporting that employers widely use them to streamline access, with more than a third (36%) using them to display all benefits in one place. However, just over a fifth (21%) of employers do not use a platform.

The report also looks at:

  • Whether HR decision-makers have a strong grasp of the benefits offered to employees
  • How common ancillary benefits are, and which employee benefits include added value
  • How employers ask their staff what health and wellbeing support they would find beneficial
  • How much benefits platforms help improve access and visibility.
