Report: Workplace Wellbeing Report 2018 1

Key findings

  • The majority of employers are doing something when it comes to wellbeing, even if they do not currently recognise their approach as falling within the wellbeing remit.
  • Focus has shifted to employee wellbeing and there is ever growing recognition that investing in this area is good for a business’s bottom line as well as being good for employees.
  • The overall score for benefits provision was 35.5 per cent. This is at odds with the noise that is often made regarding benefit provision.
  • Overall employers scored 40.5 per cent for wellbeing strategies and provision across the four areas of work environment, benefits, culture/HR policies and engagement.
