Key findings

- Focus has shifted to employee wellbeing and there is ever growing recognition that investing in this area is good for a business’s bottom line as well as being good for employees.
- The overall score for benefits provision was 35.5 per cent. This is at odds with the noise that is often made regarding benefit provision.
- Overall employers scored 40.5 per cent for wellbeing strategies and provision across the four areas of work environment, benefits, culture/HR policies and engagement.
