Research: Ongoing duties survey
Key findings:
- Nearly all (96%) of the employers asked were confident that there were fully compliant with their ongoing duties to staff.
- At least 92% of all employer sizes surveyed were aware of the five ongoing duties they must comply with.
- Around half of micro employers and three-quarters of small and medium employers were aware of their re-enrolment duties.
- Awareness that pension contributions will increase in April 2018 ranged from 44% in the smallest firms to 67% in small and medium-sized employers.
