  • Just 18% of employees said they were 'flourishing' in their workplace.
  • Around two-thirds admit to coasting or struggling in the workplace.
  • Almost 80% of respondents feel the level of employee wellbeing in their organisation is either moderate or low.
  • One out of three respondents say they do not feel their overall wellbeing is important to their employer.
  • Nine in 10 agree that a happier workforce is a more productive one.
