Tackle workplace transformation challenges with employee wellbeing

The 8th REBA Wellbeing Congress will be held in London on Thursday 22nd June and it looks set to be the biggest and best yet. It includes an inspirational speaker line-up, a comprehensive exhibition of more than 70 leading benefit suppliers and countless opportunities for the over 400 delegates to network.

Organisations are facing unprecedented challenges – a cost of living crisis, extensive workplace transformation, finding and keeping talent which is in short supply, cultivating a fairer and more inclusive culture – the list goes on.

Finding the solutions to all these can feel impossible, but discussing the issues, seeing them from different perspectives and hearing fresh ideas makes the answers feel more attainable. The REBA Wellbeing Congress provides the perfect forum to do this.

The REBA community is there to support you with whatever issues you need to tackle. Meeting face-to-face provides a fantastic opportunity to build closer connections and maximise the benefit of being part of that community.

Motivational keynote speakers

Few people have explored workplace transition more extensively than Bruce Daisley, host of the hugely popular Eat Sleep Work Repeat podcast. In the opening keynote session, he’ll discuss how organisations can use community, connection and wellbeing to create an experience that employees not only want but expect.

Staying relevant and up to date is a challenge the second keynote speaker knows only too well. One of the country’s best-loved and enduring TV personalities, Davina McCall will discuss this and why listening to younger generations is so important. She will also touch on her recent campaign to raise understanding of the menopause and how it affects women in the workplace.
