REBA’s Future of Health and Protection Research 2026 outlines the priority business drivers shaping multinational employers’ healthcare strategies over the next two years.

It details how innovation, data insights and new products tailored to meet the needs of even the lowest-paid are providing employers with better options to meet their multinational HR and business needs.

The rise in the use of digital care pathways, integrated health journeys and early prevention and rehabilitation is what both employers and their brokers and suppliers are working towards.

Delve into REBA's Future of Health and Protection Research 2026 to discover the actions that employers believe will deliver a positive high impact on workforce health, how they are funding health and risk benefits and the proportion of organisations planning to switch funding mechanisms in any region in the next two years.

The research was developed from an online survey conducted between December 2025 and February 2026 with delegates of REBA’s Future of Health and Protection Summit 2026.

It contains insights from a broad range of company sizes and industry sectors, including Bloomberg, Ericsson, Mars, Meta, Siemens, Rio Tinto and Unilever.
