Carnival UK, HSBC and Experian announced as REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Awards 2020 finalists
The Most Effective Development to a Wellbeing Strategy award celebrates employers that have gone beyond the first steps on their health and wellbeing journey. These employers already have existing wellbeing initiatives in place, and are now building on previous experiences to evolve and deliver their approach to employee health and wellbeing.
The private sector finalists are:

The public and not-for-profit sector finalists are:
- Aster Group UK
- Kirklees Council
- North Bristol NHS Trust
The Best New Wellbeing Strategy award recognises businesses that have successfully implemented the first phase(s) of a wellbeing strategy within the past two years. These organisations had to demonstrate what they have done, why they launched their health or wellbeing strategy and how they went about implementing them.
The finalists with fewer than 500 staff are:

- Epson Europe B.V.
- HRA Pharma
- Jami
- MVF Global
- Ubisoft Reflections / Ubisoft Leamington
The finalists with 500 to 5,000 staff are:
- Brewin Dolphin Ltd
- Carnival UK Group
- Experian Ltd
- Mace Group
- Taylor Wessing LLP
- Virgin Active
The finalists with more than 5,000 staff are:
- Aneurin Bevan University Health Board
- The Holly Private Hospital (Aspen Healthcare)
- Atkins, member of SNC-Lavalin
- Elysium Healthcare
- HSBC
- Stonegate Pub Company
- TUI UK & Ireland

REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Awards 2020 will take place on 5 March. The invitation-only event will include an exclusive afternoon of peer-to-peer workshops and an evening awards ceremony where all the winners will be announced.
