Throughout the process we have been struck by the incredible passion of those involved in employee wellbeing. In a business world where the emphasis can lean heavily towards making profits, cutting costs and increased technology with sometimes negative impacts on populations, it was gratifying to see so many employers who truly care for staff with a common humanity.
The Awards were supported by 10 sponsors, including Aon, AXA PPP Healthcare, Bupa, Close Brothers, Generali, Healthshield, Legal & General, Neyber, Personal Group and Simplyhealth.
A number of esteemed judges also gave up their time to help ensure the best winners were chosen and for that we are very grateful. Thanks to:
- Caroline Adam, head of benefits at Bloomberg
- Sheila Champion-Smeeth, total rewards consultant EMEA at Cisco
- Evan Davidge of The Wellbeing Leader
- Dr Shaun Davis, group director of safety, health, wellbeing & sustainability at Royal Mail Group
- Zoe Eccleston, health & wellbeing specialist at The Wellbeing Business
- Marcus Hunt, formerly health & wellbeing manager - UK, Ireland & Europe at Unilever
- Poppy Jaman OBE, CEO of Mental Health First Aid England
- Ian MacKenzie, head of pensions and benefits at BNP Paribas
- Jessica MacSkimming, UK head of reward at National Grid
- Yulia O’Mahony, head of wellbeing at John Lewis
- Inigo Churchill, financial capability and strategic alliances at Money Advice Service
