Benefits Shifts 2016: REBA celebrates launch of REBA Research Reports with free download offer
The initial report, REBA/JLT Employee Benefits Shifts Research 2015, has been compiled in conjunction with pension and employee benefit consultancy JLT Employee Benefits, and surveyed nearly 300 pay, reward and benefits specialists working across a variety of organisation sizes and industry sectors between August and September 2015.
By looking at everything from the role of pensions to health and wellbeing the report aims to analyse the shifts in the market that will most affect reward and benefits managers in 2016 and beyond. Helping professionals understand the changes the benefits market will see over the coming years will enable them to better implement the strategies that will bring the greatest success in the future.
As well as looking at how the benefits market is shifting and changing the study also looks at what reward and benefits professionals will be investing in and prioritising, both for 2016 and beyond.
Debi O’Donovan, partner at REBA, said the report should prove an invaluable tool for anyone in the industry. “This report gives us great insight into the market and identifies a number of trends affecting the sector which will be examined in further depth on the REBA website over the coming weeks,” she said. “The industry is going through huge change currently and practitioners have to ensure they keep up or face being left behind.”
In the meantime to celebrate the launch of the new series of REBA Research reports the first 40 page report REBA/JLT Employee Benefits Shifts Research 2016, will be available via a free download for a limited period giving those in the reward and benefits industry the knowledge and advice they need to stay on top in 2016.
