Video tutorial: Benjamin Viney and Richard Veal of Willis Towers Watson on unifying wellbeing

Unifying wellbeing, reward and career into a single, individualised experience is more important than ever – and more accessible than ever through technology, according to Richard Veal, global practice leader, communication and change management at Willis Towers Watson and Benjamin Viney, senior director, talent and rewards at Willis Towers Watson.

Speaking at the REBA Employee Wellbeing Congress 2019, Veal said it was time to move to effecting behaviour change and to deliver ‘experiences’ to employees. “That puts pressure on the employer to level up to provide an experience at work.”

“Organisations that look at a complete strategy of providing a full employee experience are creating the conditions for the success of wellbineg and the environment in which wellbeing can thrive,” he said.

This video was recorded at the REBA Employee Wellbeing Congress 2019, held in London on 20 June.
