Melanie has specialised in reward at a senior level for many years covering both UK and international reward mainly in the private sector and predominantly retail. Alana is a Senior Principal and leads Growth for Mercer Marsh Benefits’ specialty propositions. These areas represent our core areas of Wellbeing. As well as being an advocate for Employee Wellbeing, she is also passionate about the progression of women in the workplace and sponsors several key initiatives across the Mercer business.
Alana has been at Mercer for 10 years, working closely with clients across multiple areas. Initially working with large multinational organisations providing global benefit strategy and coordination services, she then focused on working with clients across Europe providing consulting support for globally mobile workforces. Alana was appointed the Growth Leader for the International business in 2019, before broadening her remit to encompasses core areas of the business that can support the broad wellbeing strategies of our clients.

A Turkish citizen, born in Vienna, Burcin Ressamoglu is an experienced Executive Leader with a passion for gender equality and support of Women leadership in organisations.
Burcin started her career in marketing with STFA Ogden Services, moving to Siemens, and then joining Philips Electronics for 14 years where she undertook several senior management positions across various countries of Europe and in China .
In 2012, Burcin took the CEO role in Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Turkey and in 2018 moved into the CEO role of Sodexo Benefits and Rewards UK. In both roles, Burcin has fostered and led highly engaged teams to deliver new operating models, new product portfolios and digital transformation, all resulting in sustainable profitable growth for Sodexo Benefits and Rewards.
Burcin is an ambitious leader with strong values and a passion for gender equality. Part of the Sodexo Women Advisory Board Sotogether since 2017, Burcin sponsors inclusion and gender balance initiatives in the company while partnering with local NGO’S to progress in women’s representation. In addition, Burcin continues to mentor many young professional women across the world.

Spencers responsibilities at GoDaddy include all aspects of Rewards for employees in 20 countries. During his 25 year career Spencer has worked in consultancy and many international reward roles at well known organisations in the tech sector including Gartner & Cisco.
Having joined GoDaddy in the summer of 21, Spencer has never physically met any or his team, colleagues or customers so is interested in how organisations will adapt to “the new normal”. More importantly he is passionate about how these cultural and organisational shifts will translate into future reward and wellbeing strategies.

Rachel is Group Head of Reward and Inclusion for Flamingo Horticulture – a global grower and supplier of Flowers and Produce with over 25,000 employees worldwide. A self-confessed geeky, insight-driven reward professional, Rachel started her career in the Automotive industry, and then spent a number of years at PepsiCo before operating independently as a Reward consultant across a range of FMCG, FinTech and PE backed businesses. She is passionate about developing a blend of global and local Reward solutions which are fair, inclusive and unique to the purpose of the organisation and is loving the opportunity to develop and implement wellness initiatives with employees across continents that allow them to Flourish at Flamingo.Financial Wellbeing Analyst,
Clare joined HL in 2014, having graduated from Cardiff University with a first-class honours degree. Stacey manages the employee health and benefits programme for Morgan Stanley in EMEA, as well as overseeing the health and wellbeing strategy. In this role, Stacey led the creation of an EMEA Mental Health Advisory Board, consisting of senior leaders across key business units who sponsor programmes and initiatives to raise awareness of mental health and challenge the associated stigma. Previously Stacey led a variety of projects to foster positive employee engagement and experience.
Stacey is passionate about leading a preventative health and wellbeing strategy and is committed to fostering a positive culture and opening up the dialogue on mental health in the workplace. Morgan Stanley is focussed on taking a holistic and inclusive approach which acknowledges the intrinsic links between social, financial, physical and emotional wellbeing.
Stacey is also extremely interested in workplace environments to support a culture of positive health and wellbeing and she has led on projects to develop employee facilities such as onsite health centres and mindfulness and meditation space.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley a decade ago, Stacey began her HR career in 2001 at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, gaining experience in a wide range of areas including HR Business Partnering, Learning and Development and Reward.

Mandy officially joined Mace in 2014 after supporting the Board as an external adviser on Tax, Shareholder and Commercial matters for 14 years. Experienced in shareholder matters, corporate structuring, funding and high-level reward and incentivisation, Mandy was appointed in January 2017 to the Board as the Director for Corporate Strategy, leading on Governance and corporate restructuring activities, that are critical to delivering the Mace strategy.
Mandy is also a member of the Development and Innovation Boards at Mace, steering the agenda for capital structuring and Research & Development. In addition Mandy acts as the Board Sponsor for legal, tax and “Woman at Mace”, where Mandy champions gender equality as part of the wider diversity and inclusion agenda at Mace.
